Benefits for our shareholders

Shareholder benefits are provided based on the number of shares held and the holding duration.

Long-term shareholder benefits

After March 2024, this benefit will start to be provided every three years.

Reshafting (+ fitting) voucher

We offer a complimentary golf club fitting and reshafting service at one of seven locations of the Fujikura Golf Club Consultation Room and Fit On Store, all of which are directly operated by our company.

Overview of long-term shareholder benefits

Available benefits	We will enclose an additional voucher when sending the standard shareholder benefit vouchers: 40% discount vouchers from Fujikura Golf Club Consultation Room and our subsidiary Caravan's Catalog Sales of Outdoor Gear at Shareholder Benefit Pricing. This additional voucher offers a choice of: (1) Reshafting (+ fitting) voucher or (2) A complimentary pair of caravan shoes
Eligibility criteria	Shareholders who have held 500 or more shares for over three years: Shareholders who have held 500 or more shares for over three years:They have been listed or recorded in our shareholder register as of March 31 and September 30 for seven or more consecutive times, including the current record date, under the same shareholder number; and They held at least 500 shares on all of these dates. For example, if the record date is March 31, 2027, the same shareholder number must have been listed or recorded in our shareholder register as of March 31, 2027, September 30, 2026, March 31, 2026, September 30, 2025, March 31, 2025, September 30, 2024, and March 31, 2024; and this shareholder must have held at least 500 shares on all of these dates. This program is implemented on a three-year cycle, with implementation scheduled for the fiscal years ending in March 2027, March 2030, and March 2033.

How to use your voucher	(1) Redeeming your reshafting (+ fitting) voucher Available stores: Any branch of Fujikura Golf Club Consultation Room and Fit On Store, R&R Fujikura Ltd. (7 branches) How to use: Please make a reservation at your preferred branch and present your complimentary reshafting voucher and a valid ID upon arrival. (2) Redeeming your voucher for a complimentary pair of Caravan shoes Available store: Sugamo branch, Caravan Co., Ltd. How to use: Please visit the Sugamo branch, Caravan Co., Ltd., and present your complimentary shoes voucher and a valid ID. If you wish to have your shoes shipped, please indicate your selected item on the application form and mail it together with your complimentary voucher and a copy of your valid ID.

Important notice

If the shareholder number listed in our shareholder register is changed, you may become ineligible to receive shareholder benefits.
Please note that the shareholder number listed in our shareholder register may change if any of the following items apply.
If you are unsure whether your shareholder number has been changed, please inquire with the securities firm where your shares are deposited.

Cases where a shareholder number listed in the shareholder register may be changed

If the registration in the shareholder register has changed
If the name or address listed in the shareholder register has changed due to marriage or relocation
If the owner of the stock has changed due to inheritance,etc.
If a shareholder has changed the securities firm where their shares are deposited
If a shareholder is deregistered from the shareholder register and then re-registered
If a shareholder is using a securities firm's stock lending service*
If a shareholder sells all shares and subsequently repurchases shares of the same stock by the last day with rights
If a shareholder sells all shares through the securities firm where their shares have been deposited and subsequently purchases shares of the same stock through a different securities firm

*If you use a stock lending service, the owner of the shares will change because the ownership of the shares will be transferred to the lender.
Additionally, a new shareholder number may be assigned when loaned shares are returned to the original shareholder.

Among the cases listed above, shareholder benefit eligibility remains intact only in one instance: when your shareholder number has changed due to a name or address update following marriage or relocation. If this applies to you, please feel free to contact the office listed below.
To change the address, name, and other details listed in the shareholder register, please contact the securities firm where your shares are deposited.

Our shareholders can purchase selected outdoor gear from our subsidiary Caravan Co., Ltd. at shareholder benefit pricing. Available outdoor gear is listed in the "SHOPPING GUIDE" enclosed with the Notice of Shareholders' Meeting Resolution and Interim Business Report, as well as in the "Caravan Product Guide" catalog.

How to use your voucher	To apply, please contact the shareholder-exclusive sales office of Caravan Co., Ltd. by phone or email. The contact details are provided in the "SHOPPING GUIDE" enclosed with the Notice of Shareholders' Meeting Resolution and Interim Business Report. Golf club reshafting voucher

We will present two 40% discount vouchers for golf club reshafting services provided by our subsidiary, R&R Fujikura Ltd.

Eligibility criteria	Shareholders who hold more than 100 shares as of the record date
Validity	6 months
How to use your voucher	Each fiscal year, shareholders will receive two 40% discount vouchers enclosed with the Notice of Shareholders' Meeting Resolution and Interim Business Report.
